For the first ever winemaker dinner at Portfolio, Julian has created a fantastic five-course menu paired with five wines, including four Champagnes poured from magnum.

Their four visiting winemakers from the Côte des Bar (The Aube) region of Champagne are bringing over some seriously special bottles from their own cellars, including rare magnums, older vintages and limited-release Champagnes that aren't available on the UK market.

And the best part? They'll all be joining us for the evening, pouring their wines, sharing their stories and enjoying the night with everyone.

If you've been to one of Portfolio’s Sunday Champagne tastings before, you'll know just how much fun they are. They've become one of their favourite events to host at Portfolio.

Instead of just Cameron and Niko hosting, there will be FOUR winemakers from the Côte des Bar (The Aube) region of Champagne joining them to pour and talk through their very own Champagnes.

Tasting one Champagne from each producer, exploring their different styles, vineyards and approaches to wine making, before finishing with a special Ratafia Champenois. You'll get to ask questions, hear stories from the vineyards and cellars, and discover what makes these four brilliant producers so special.

Dine from multi course menus inspired by Julian Pizer’s New Zealand upbringing, his passion for foraging and deep appreciation for seasonal, locally sourced produce are available for Lunch or Dinner.

The Lunch menu consist of 10 courses for £75 with an optional Champagne Pairing £70.

For Dinner you can choose 14 courses for £135 with an optional Champagne Pairing £90 or 18 courses for £155 with an optional Champagne Pairing £110.
