The Blues Kitchen Manchester
Opened in May 2021, and serving up hearty Texan BBQ and blues music, The Blues Kitchen brings a touch of Southern soul to Manchester! Soak up a live soundtrack of timeless blues, soul grooves and rock 'n' roll from the world famous resident musicians, and feast on southern style barbecue, badass burgers and buffalo wings. With brunch, lunch and supper, you can enjoy bourbon and local craft beers, or hang out and dance into the small hours indulging in delicious cocktails.

Private Dining & Parties at The Blues Kitchen

The Blues Kitchen can host all kind of parties with a choice of private areas which are the perfect spaces to host birthdays, leaving-dos, engagement parties or simply sip on cocktails until the small hours in the heart of Manchester.

Surrounded by the original stained glass windows from an abandoned church in Queens, New York, in addition to the wooden interior from an old city hall in Scranton, Pennsylvania, the Private Dining Room at Blues Kitchen Manchester - which can accommodate 9 to 14 guests - is the epitome of American historical culture, which ties in perfectly with the American-style menu, music, restaurant, and drink selection.

Fancy celebrating in vintage luxury style? Then host your party in The Blues Kitchen's 1950's Airstream Caravan, which is perfect for parties of 15 to 25 guests.

With bespoke drinks packages to choose your favourite tipples, bar food to devour on, and table service from waiters who will be on hand to keep the drinks flowing to your hearts content.

Shaking and stirring all night long, The Blues Kitchen serve up delicious cocktails for just £5 every Wednesday night.

Walk-ins welcome in the bar throughout the evening, or book a table in the restaurant.

Live music starts at 9.45pm in the bar & restaurant.

Every Saturday and Sunday, choose from the delicious options on The Blues Kitchen's Brunch Menu.

Whether it is Buttermilk Pancakes with Bacon & Maple Syrup, Creole Crab Benedict or the 'Big Bluesy Breakfast', you can top yourself up with thirst quenching cocktails that include Bloody Marys, Burnt Pear Old Fashioneds, Marmalade Cups or Rhubarb Sours.

Bottomless Gospel Service

Upstairs in the Concert Hall, every Saturday afternoon, Manchester's AMC Gospel Choir take to the stage for three sets of R&B, soul & dance classics given the gospel treatment. From Beyonce and Kanye to Etta James and Stevie Wonder.

Bottomless drinks are served 1pm - 3pm and are available to order on arrival.
Food is served throughout the afternoon from the Bar Menu.

Manchester Can Dance Again

Every weekend at The Blues Kitchen, DJs spin a timeless selection of Rhythm 'n Blues across both floors until 3am.

Hang out and dance into the small hours, indulging in cocktails, beers & bourbon.

The legendary Blues Kitchen house band will take to the stage for two blistering live sets of classic funk, soul & Rock 'n Roll.
Expect to hear the likes of Aretha Franklin, Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Wonder and The Rolling Stones (DJs + live music from 9pm).

Entry is free but you’ll need to pop your name down on the guest list for entry.
If you’re coming down with a gang, you might like to book a drinks table for your party.
