Rosso Bar Manchester
Rio Ferdinand's Rosso bar and restaurant stands proudly at the top of Manchester's prestigious King Street. Rosso prides itself on its premium cocktails without the premium price tag and the bar team have produced a decadent cocktail list which, in a fitting homage to the location, carefully balances classic and more contemporary cocktails.

Bespoke cocktails on the menu are created with an infusion of Italian style and powerful flavours.

Fans of spirits will be delighted when presented with the finest back bar in Manchester, featuring handpicked international spirits including super luxe and aged whiskies, rums and cognacs.


Il Ripiano At Rosso
Il Ripiano (The Shelf) has a dedicated area in the stylish Italian’s bar, offering over 18 tipples that you'd struggle to find on their own, let alone housed together in one bar, making this a connoisseur's haven. From Rums, to Vodkas and Bourbon, Rosso’s Il Ripiano gives you the opportunity to have an experience unlike anywhere else in the city. The Appleton Estate Limited Edition 50 Year Old Jamaica Independence Reserve (£450.00) kick-started The Shelf and it has taken over a year to acquire the other rare spirits to sit alongside it. They include: The John Walker (£175) takes pride of place, since only 330 bottles exist of this prestigious offerig from the House of Johnnie Walker, which is crafted from 9 hand-selected casks from various distilleries. Rosso is also home to not one Pappy Van Winkle but the whole family of this ultra rare Bourbon; 6 in total. Pappy Van Winkle (£200) is so rare, that it’s hard been hard to get hold of since 1992. Wall Street Journal was quoted saying even billionaires struggle to get their hands on it, since it’s extremely rare and batches are made intentionally small. But the true showpiece of Rosso’s Shelf has to be their Remy Martin Louis XIII Rare Cask 42.6 - a most exclusive cask. There are only 738 of these individually numbered black baccarat crystal decanters that exist, with no more going into production, costing a staggering £16,000. At £750 a shot it’s not a drink for amateurs. Il Ripiano looks certain to give Rosso it’s mark in Manchester for being the place to go for an exclusive drinking experience.

The area boasts a stunning view peering down the grand and regal King Street The Restaurant - Rosso boasts one of the largest dining rooms in Manchester, seating 120 guests within the restaurant with an additional bar and lounge area located under the grandiose dome ceiling. With luxurious booth fixed seated and interchangeable fining seating, table plans can be devised to best suit your event.
