One
of the most iconic buildings in Manchester provides a perfect backdrop
for this new contemporary bar.
We have a real passion
for quality drinks and they are the real highlight of any Modern
experience. Using the finest spirits, fresh ingredients and squeezed
juices we have created a seasonally changing cocktail menu that
harks back to the golden age of bar tending; from the prohibition
period through to the fifties and sixties. The menu contains many
classics and some long forgotten gems – all made the way they
should be.
We’ve
also put together a great wine and champagne list, many available
by the glass and all good value for money. To
top it all off our beers have been carefully chosen to offer a wide
variety of styles, which will also change seasonally. To reach our
bar in the sky enter Urbis from the Corporation St door and take
the lift up to level 6 – we’ll be waiting!
